1. Information Collection and Use

Mansak does not require account registration or login. You can use all features as a guest with complete anonymity.

Location Data

The application requests access to your approximate or precise location (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) solely to calculate accurate daily Islamic prayer times (Salah) and Qibla direction on your device.

Your location coordinates are processed strictly on your local device using mathematical solar ephemeris algorithms.
Your location is never transmitted, logged, uploaded to remote servers, or shared with third parties.

2. Local Device Storage

To provide an optimal offline experience, Mansak stores user preferences directly on your device storage (using sandboxed local storage):

Language & Theme Preferences: Remembers your chosen UI language (Urdu, Arabic, English) and theme (Light, Dark).
Tasbih & Pilgrimage Progress: Saves your current Dhikr counter numbers and completed Umrah/Hajj checklist items.
Saved Bookmarks: Keeps your favorited Duas, Ayahs, and Surahs for quick access.

All stored data remains strictly within the app sandbox on your device and is erased if you uninstall the app or clear app data.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

Mansak contains zero third-party advertising networks (no ads), zero behavioral analytics trackers, and zero user profiling SDKs.

4. Audio and Religious Content

All audio recitations (by Sheikh Mishary Rashid Alafasy) and Islamic typography fonts are bundled locally within the application package or cached for authentic offline playback. No audio streaming activity or listening habits are monitored or tracked.

5. Children's Privacy

Mansak is designed for all age groups, including families and children learning Salah and Islamic supplications. Because we do not collect any personal data from any user, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

6. Security

We value your trust. Since no personal data is transmitted over the internet or stored on external servers, your data is inherently protected against server-side breaches.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
